Stephen Rosenman
CEO
In 2021, Stephen developed the Everwell Health platform with Roundtable Healthcare Partners and now leads the company with his expertise in mergers and acquisitions, strategic growth, product innovation, and marketing. Within his 25+ years in the consumer health industry, he was one of the founding executives of International Vitamin Corp., driving the company from $50 million to nearly $1 billion within 10 years. Most recently, Stephen was named one of 2025 New Jersey’s People to Watch in Health Care.
Jeramy Janoski
Chief Financial Officer
With a background in strategic finance, corporate strategy, and mergers and acquisitions, Jeramy leads finance and operations at Everwell Health, including integration of new acquisitions and ensuring profitable growth. Prior to this, Jeramy was CFO of Asia for Elanco Animal Health, managing the finance team and P&L of ten countries. He was part of the team that completed the IPO of Elanco Animal Health and integrated two international multi-manufacturing site acquisitions.
Catherine Kwik-Uribe
Chief Science Officer
With more than 20 years of scientific and regulatory experience, Catherine leads global clinical research and regulatory initiatives while driving product innovation and scientific strategy at Everwell Health. Catherine holds a Ph.D. in human nutrition and development from the University of California, Davis. She is a recognized expert in nutritional science with extensive experience in the VMS category, including leadership roles at Mars, Inc., and has authored or co-authored more than 40 peer-reviewed scientific publications.
Jordan Miller
VP, Marketing
With a strategic marketing background in functional ingredients, Jordan oversees brand development, market and consumer insights, along with new product and go-to-market strategies for Everwell Health’s branded ingredients. Jordan held prior roles within the nutraceutical market at Kerry and Brightseed, and he is a recognized thought leader, industry speaker, and contributor to leading publications, helping to bridge trends, innovation, and real-world application across the health and wellness spectrum.
Michael Krekevich
VP, Manufacturing and R&D
Bringing his experience in R&D, operations, and product development, Michael oversees R&D and manufacturing activities for Everwell Health. Michael holds a summa cum laude MBA and has 30+ years in the health industry, 20 of which have been dedicated to the vitamin, mineral, and supplement sector where he has led manufacturing efficiency and optimization for market-leading brands. Michael oversees Everwell’s manufacturing and innovation facility in Hadley, MA.
Volkan Eren
Chief Growth Officer
With 18 years experience in health, nutrition, and bioscience markets, Volkan drives accelerated expansion and commercial excellence across the organization. He earned his master’s degree in economics and built his expertise in sales leadership, growth strategy, and business development at companies like Enzymotec/Frutarom and International Flavors & Fragrances. Volkan leads Everwell Health’s skilled commercial team and prioritizes delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
